In this chapter, Biff, Henry, and Katie manage to reach Ellen in Baynard's hospital and extract her to safety over a general distraction. As Biff returns to his apartment to stock up on ammo, he is confronted by Victoria, seemingly angry at his inability to get the job done and taunting him with a juicy tale of how to properly close a deal by using sexual power... though, as she reluctantly admits, the accompanying girl-on-girl action does not quite feel the same without a big dick to seal the agreement.
