In this chapter, Mia invites Willy into her bedroom at night to take a look at her new tattoo, which sets off a rather unlucky chain of events involving her parents. At college, Willy continues to run errands for Miss Okita, who charges him with gathering the ingredients for a mind wipe serum which she plans to administer to Mrs. Smith. Meanwhile, yet another encounter with the Russian mafia at Tony's Pizza Parlor nearly ends in a disaster, only averted by Maria's brave interference.
